The total expense for C.O.R. Foundation will be $901,000.00. This makes the yearly need for all five ministries, assuming the same functioning office, $568,000.00. With this in mind, to begin the running of Peter's Place and the expanding of existing ministries, $47,333.00/ month must be generated. This budget should also include 10-20% of additional money for unforeseen expenses. This brings the total expense to $1,081,200.00, yearly need to $681,600.00, and the monthly cash flow need to $56,800.00.

It is C.O.R. Foundation's firm commitment to our supporters, donators and to God to eventually generate revenue and thereby reduce the need for donations. [C.O.R Foundation Financial Projections and Expenses] While we do not know all of the ways in which this goal will be met, we believe that Peter's Place will one day be a working farm producing enough to support many of our needs. We hope to also be able to sell some of the products.

One other aspect of generating revenue for C.O.R. Foundation is the belief that the young men themselves will share and use their own talents, gifts and skills to promote our financial independence. We also leave room for Almighty God to do what only He can do, and we do not even try to figure out what all He has in store for this ministry. We desire to one day be a self-sustained non-for-profit and to be able to give generously to other Christian ministries.
