Walk the Walk for Peter's Place 2nd Annual 5K Run/Walk Saturday, October 3, 2009

On Saturday, October 3rd, 2009, we proudly sponsored the 2nd Annual 5K Run/Walk that was held at the O'Fallon Family Sports Park in O'Fallon, IL.  This event raised awareness and funding for Peter's Place, the focus ministry of C.O.R. Foundation, NFP.  Peter's Place is a Christ-centered ministry aimed at providing free, long-term residential support for young men ages 18-28 who struggle with substance abuse and/or mental illness.  Our hope is to continue raising funds for this Christ focused home/program, so that it can soon become a reality for the many young men in our surrounding communities that seek transformation and healing.
